All the single ladies… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! Spreading some single lady love with this Galentine’s Date Night guide to Milwaukee. Which…of course can be used for couples too, but since I’m single AF, it’s a Galentine’s Day Guide.
1. Splash Studio
Splash Studio is a painting bar. Follow along with an artist that guides you through an original Splash Studio painting! Really, who doesn’t love enjoying wine and painting? Trust me, it’s much easier than it sounds, even if you’re not skilled at painting (like me). Minors are definitely welcome here, so if you’re under 21, you can still enjoy a fun Galentine’s Day in Milwaukee!
2. Take a Brewery Tour
First of all, does anyone REALLY need an excuse to drink beer? Probably not, but if you’re looking for fun things to do for Galentine’s Day, beer is always a good choice. I’ve been to Lakefront Brewery and Sprecher Brewery and loved both of their tours. Even if someone in your girl squad doesn’t drink beer, the soda samples at Sprecher are free (and SO worth the taste!). Have the fried cheese curds at Lakefront with your beer, or Miller Brewery offers FREE tours (so you can always save your pennies and do more than one of these Milwaukee activities).
3. Fancy Dinner Out
YES, you and your girl crew can totally go out to a fancy restaurant. Dress up, wear heels, go full glam (or not, whatever makes you comfortable!) and splurge a little on some DELICIOUS food! Head to Calderone Club for several courses of glorious, traditional Italian food. Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro also offers a luxury atmosphere with delicious French cuisine; step out of your comfort zone to try escargot! Maybe head to 5 o’clock Steakhouse for a perfectly cooked steak and a classic cocktail

- Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro: 3133 E Newberry Blvd
- Five O’Clock Steakhouse: 2416 W State St
4. Fondue It UP!
Would it really be a proper article on my website if I didn’t mention something with CHEESE?! Besides, cheese and chocolate are two of the best items for a celebration, and Galentine’s Day is the best time to celebrate your gal pals in Milwaukee! If you’re looking to splurge a little this Valentine’s Day, head over to the Melting Pot for a delicious fondue dinner! Get cheese and chocolate or the full 4 course meal; either way, your tummy will be happy! My personal cheese fondue recommendations: Quattro Formaggio, Classic Alpine, or the Wisconsin Cheddar.
Location: 19850 W Bluemound Rd, Brookfield
5. Getting Pampered at Aveda Beauty School
Sign me up please! I absolutely love pampering myself, as well as going somewhere to get pampered. Needless to say, this is my kind of Galentine’s Date! You can get pampered so many different ways: manicure and pedicure, new hairstyle, facial, massages, body treatments, as well as a variety of Ayurveda services. If you’re unfamiliar with Ayurveda, it’s a traditional Hindu system of medicine, based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing. Aveda’s Ayurveda services include a range of massage treatments with body steams, oils, etc.
Location: 327 E St Paul Ave
